Situated in an old restored post office, with furnishings realized by the Design Lab of the Comunnità di San Patrignano, the pizzeria Sp.accio counts about 130 seats. From the garden one can enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and the Rimini foothills.
The doughs, with a sourdough starter, type 1 or wholegrain flour with saraceno grain are thoroughly leavened and contribute to the realization of a light and digestible pizza.
The condiments are italian products with a short distribution chain, mostly coming from the community itself or Presidi Slow Food.
The wine list is excellent, and mainly self-made by the community. Good beer list, most of which are craft made.
