It is in a structure which once was a historic enoteca with a restaurant in the heart of a beautiful borgo of Bevagna. There is now a new sign: Spirito Divino, a pizzeria which is a popular place to stop and which has more than proven itself in the ample zone of Montefalco. The style is Neapolitan classic, not without a bit of creativity in the offerings of the so-called “special” pizzas (the Amatriciana is interesting). Excellent dough, cooked by the book, excellent choice of ingredients. A special mention goes to the wine list, capable of spanning Italy and but not exclusively so, with interesting choices. The establishment (welcoming) and the service (punctual) complete the picture of one of the best pizzerias in the region. A reliable choice.
