Small town pizzeria, at the doors of the historic center, in the very heart of old town Parma. The interior is spacious and organized on two floors, the pizza counter and oven, instead, are a bit secluded. The furnishings and the decor are traditional. The pizza here has a precise identity: it is thin, crumbly and crunchy, the toppings are correctly portioned and realized with well-balanced blends. The dough can be traditional, with whole wheat flour or barley. The fresh fish proposals are interesting and compliment the pizzas. The service is present and sufficiently efficient, perhaps a bit overworked during the rush.
