Costanza and Marco Durastanti have managed to distinguish their establishment located on a low hill which dominates the Gulf of Palermo, not only for the pleasant environment both indoors and out, but also for the use of prime organic materials from an extremely short supply chain. The offering of pizzas is varied, sourdough starter, long maturation and antique organic Sicilian grains allow the patron to choose from different doughs, seasonal organic vegetables and produce which come from the establishment’s own garden. Ample use of presidi slow food. Attentive and careful service.
