Villa Ferri, immersed in the countryside, at the border of Delta del Po in Veneto, is so many things in one. The pizzeria is an all-in-one with a nice restaurant (of rustic flavor – elegant) and both are wrapped in the inspiration and experience of Paola Vetri. Furthermore, the establishment is a bottega (shop) with excellent food products, domestic produce and a beer laboratory. The pizza is contemporary style: stone ground flours, long leavenings and toppings with high quality products, combined with imagination. Many Polesano products are found among the ingredients, such as the Delta sausage or Villadose garlic. A varied beer list with a focus on those that are house-made. Excellent price-quality ratio.
