The atmosphere of the Vitina is very informal but well-kept with a rustic decor and attention to detail. The staff is polite and accommodating, and is up to date with the necessary information on the menu. The menu is varied and although the specialty of the local area, being a seaside establishment, are dishes of fish, also the choice of pizzas is vast and can satisfy any palate. Alongside the classic 00 dough, there is wholegrain flour and another based on mixed seeds which is for an additional cost of 3 euros.
A must-try is the Vitina pizza with pesto, buffalo milk mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and toasted almonds which make all the difference in flavour.
