The fried dishes are grease-free and very tasty, definitely worth trying. The selection of pizzas is varied and range from classic to modern versions, and you’ll also find some reinterpretations all made by Diego Vitagliano. He selects the raw materials with care. His variations of margheritas and marinaras are very interesting. The doughs (even gluten-free) are very well-made, bubbly, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, light and digestible. This is the result of a wise selection of flours and the correct type of leavening and maturation. The beverage list is extensive and includes wine, champagne, and beers. The prices are slightly above average but that is justified given the comfort of the venue and the high quality of the food and drinks.
