In this establishment good Neapolitan pizza is a certainty.  It is owned by Luca di Mass, the regional referent of the Vera Pizza Napoletana Association.  He rigorously regulates the usage of the best flours to obtain a beautifully leavened dough that produces fluffy crusts that are soft and slightly crunchy on the outside.  The products used for toppings are also regulated and must originate from the Campania region, only some exceptions are allowed and these correspond to products that come from the region in which the pizzeria is located.  Within the establishment, you can purchase the ingredients that are used to make the pizzas. The service is performed with speed and competence, the QR code allows you to read the menu directly from your smartphone. The wood oven is proudly displayed and the walls have large windows that offer a lot of light. Excellent pizzas are the Guanciale with smoked provola and salted ricotta and the Due Stagioni containing many different ingredients that are all well balanced.
