It does not happen often that an establishment whose menu includes both pizza and food manages to do justice to both; much more often the opposite happens. It was, therefore, a happy surprise to discover that in the heart of Tuscia, among the walls of Casaletto this is the case. The offer, which flows gracefully between a rabbit stew and pizza, enriched by the presence of excellent, often Slow Food Presidia products, attributes the same dignity to the pizza as it does to its food. A dignity which it deserves, as the fleet of customers and numerous awards received by food guides attest. The establishment is quite large and has distanced tables. The modest background noise of patrons chatting does not disturb conversation. An encyclopedia-like wine list and archetypical pizzas: the style epitomizes the thin crunchiness of the Roman type and the reassuring softness of the Neapolitan one. They are prepared with stone-ground flours, prolonged leavenings and impeccable baking; an ample reward the inconvenience of the trip.
