Araldo was founded in 2004 in Verona. Sonia and Vittoria’s vision was to make home-made pizzas and ice-creams with top quality and healthy raw ingredients. This quickly became their mission. When they opened their pizzeria in the Spanish capital, their mission did not change. Instead, it evolved because they became ambassadors of the true Made in Italy. Lots of wood and good taste in the furnishings make this pizzeria a warm and informal place where you can spend a pleasant evening. Sourdough and at least 60 hours of leavening for the pizzas in an environment where the temperature and the humidity are kept under control. The finished product is a light and digestible pizza. The toppings are all made with Italian products which are carefully selected and of the highest quality. We recommend the Margherita confit, l’Amatriciana. There is also a vegan pizza on the menu. The desserts are well made. The prices are within the average range for Madrid, and the service is easy-going.
