On the Martinsicuro seaside, “Arancino Pizza e Cucina” sits in a beautiful location in front of the sea. The service is kind, although some additional information on the products would be preferable.  The entire menu is quite long, and touristic only in appearance.  The reality is that excellent quality raw materials are used.  The pizzeria is characterized by its classic Italian wood-fired oven.  It offers 30 variations of toppings.  The main dough is made with type 0 flour, but wholegrain dough is available on request. The pizzas are very light and digestible due to the minimal use of yeast and the long leavening times.  In summer days it is possible to eat outside, right in front of the sea.
