This is a family business success story.  It began as a pizzeria opened by brothers Matteo and Salvatore Aloe in Castel Maggiore in the province of Bologna.  Now it boasts thirteen locations, including one in London.  The foundation of its success was the capacity to create their own unique and recognizable style of pizza.  They have been successful in perfecting their well-leavened dough and in selecting great raw materials, always chosen without compromising quality.  Attention is given both to flavor and to health, and the replicability of their business model has few equals in the world at this qualitative level.  This is also because they have invested heavily in staff training and the 160 employees feel that this great enterprise belongs to them as well.
