Da non perdere
This pizzeria owned by the Aloe brothers is situated in the center of Bologna and is composed of two dining areas and a loft. The walls are unfinished and painted in cheerful colors which creates an atmosphere of simplicity in this pleasant and comfortable establishment.
The waitstaff is attentive and very well-prepared in describing the doughs, the ingredients and the beverages. The flours and the products for the toppings are almost all organic, Presidi Slow Food, in season and fresh.
Three types of leavenings are used for the doughs: classic with a sourdough starter, special and hydrolyzed. They are baked in an electric oven and the excellent pizzas are slightly crunchy on the exterior, soft on the inside, and very light.
