Passion, quality and artisanship are the keys to the success of this lovely pizzeria in the province of Foggia. There are different kinds of doughs including curcuma, hemp, kamut and buckwheat with raw materials of the highest quality. There is good balance in the pairings and the seasonal products that top the pizzas on the menu that alternates between seafood and land proposals. Among the pizzas we tried, we recommend the Salina with a curcuma dough topped with burrata, sun-dried tomatoes and Salicornia pesto, or the IGP Margherita di Savoia, with DOP buffalo-milk mozzarella from Campania, red datterino tomatoes and Bruna Alpina caciocavallo. But do not miss trying the seafood selections topped with excellent fish products. The service is fast and attentive thanks to a very skilled sommelier, Antonio Riontino, who will advise you on the extensive wine list and excellent assortment of beers.
