Situated in an easily accessible area, the pizzeria Carpe Diem has a low-key interior, which is brightly lit, with practical and efficient furnishings. What comes out of the nice wood-fired oven are classic Neapolitan-style pizzas.  They are simply impeccable for their doughs and baking time, and have a more pronounced crust in the “canottieri” (boat) style. The raw materials which are used, from the flours to the toppings, are worthy of merit. The menu has a vast selection of choices, which span from the classics, which includes variations on the ephemeral margherita, to the contemporary (the Margherita Sbagliata), and finally the more elaborate combinations, which incorporate the new trends in health and flavor. There is a suitable choice of wines, beers and desserts.  The fried dishes proposed as starters are delicious.
