This pizzeria, immersed in the green of Tuscany, displays sober furnishings. Thanks to the kindness of the staff, it is confirmed as one of the most interesting pizzerias in the region. “Chicco” is Stefano Canosci, pizza chef and owner, originally from San Sepolcro. The pizza reflects the Neapolitan style, but it includes some variations. The dough, digestible and of good quality, is left to rise for 72 hours. The result is a dough that melts in your mouth and it is very soft on the inside but has a light, crunchy crust on the outside. The fried calzone with nduja and fiordilatte di Agerola, is of excellent quality, crispy, dry and tasty. The yellow pizza “Aglione” (a type of garlic) with yellow tomatoes is offered in different variations and it is really interesting. The fair prices and the good selection of beers and wines make this pizzeria a safe and recommended place to go to.
