Pizzerie Top 2020
27° - Cocciuto
With three pizzerias in Milan, in very little time the Cocciuto team has managed to get noticed and today boasts a notable success in the city. The establishment is modern, you could say trendy, in line with the architecture of the moment in the fashion capital. You feel truly fantastic at Cocciuto, for the attentive and cordial service, for the atmosphere, and for the varied menu that goes beyond pizza (paccheri, octopus, hamburger, bowls and fried goods). However, the protagonists are the pizzas. There are about twenty choices made in the classic Neapolitan style with an imposing high crust, long leavening times (digestion is not the easiest), and research and quality in the toppings. The Slow Food Presidia products such as the Podolico caciocavallo cheese, or the white artichokes from Pertosa, the anchovies from Cetara and the 36-month Reggiano mountain parmesan are just a few examples. It is a pizzeria that is worth a visit both for lunch and for dinner, even more than once a week.
