Over time pizza has become the distinctive dish of this seaside trattoria that overlooks the 106. The credit goes to the pizza chef Giovanni Leonetti and his solid and resolute enterprise. He has the ability to recuperate the historical Trebisacce gastronomic traditions and translate them into the product we know as pizza. This has brought the establishment, that was founded by Lucrezio and managed by her son Giuseppe, to prominence on the northern Cosentino restaurant scene. Giovanni does the research, and experiments in synergy with the owners. He draws on the same dispense which supports the small local suppliers, including the well-known local seafood. One pizza that represents the territory well is the pizza with marinated anchovies, dried olives, fior di latte, tomatoes and lemon zest. Another is the pizza with potatoes, ‘nduja, and provola from Silana.
