A successful gastronomic connection between Campania and Bergamo’s culinary traditions. The best of the two regions is proposed here. Tending towards simple dishes but, above all, towards good pizzas: all fragrant and digestible thanks to an almost maniacal care in the preparation of the dough. You’ll find two types of dough: the traditional one as well as the whole wheat one flavored with fennel. This is typical of Tramonti, a town on the Amalfi Coast which Carmine Nasti’s family originally comes from.
