The restaurant focuses on Neapolitan style pizza and the menu includes a wide choice of toppings from the most common to the most sought after with Cilento and seasonal products. The pizza chef Salvatore Sturiale makes intelligent use of natural yeast; the dough is light and digestible. The balance between the dough and the ingredients used for toppings could be improved on some of the pizzas, which would make everything more “homogeneous”. In July and August the pizzeria is open every day.
