This is a tiny place in the New York style, done in all white and girly pink. It has a young and modern atmosphere, and you can find yourself sitting right in front of the pizza chef. It is a place where you would not expect to see a such a magnificent golden wood-fired oven, directly from Naples, or to eat an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The three creators of this pizzeria, the chief pizza chef Roberto with Julien and Romain are fans of 101 Dalmatians, and they wanted to play with the idea of black bubbles which often appear on the pizza crusts. They also decided that 101 shall be the maximum number of pizzas to come out of the oven at each service. From this joyous combination of styles, generous pizzas are created. They are tasty, light, garnished with IGP, DOP, organic or slow food presidia quality ingredients. Examples include the “Crusco” with Lucan cruschi peppers, the “Cheesy101” with smoked mozzarella and DOP gorgonzola, the “Stracciatella e bottarga sarda,” (stracciatella cheese and Sardinian bottarga) and the “Stracciatella e scaglie di tartufo”(stracciatella and truffle shavings).
