Da non perdere
The pizzeria is very bright, as it should be considering it is located on the Island of Sun. It is a family-run pizzeria that bakes with an electric oven. The pizza is thin and crunchy, well cooked, light and quite large. The secret lies in the choice of the raw materials used, which are all fresh. Among the pizzas we tried, the Leccese, with soft burrata and prosciutto from San Daniele that blend together perfectly is noteworthy. The Tarantina is interesting, with sun-dried tomatoes and anchovies that rest on top of a base of Apulian ricotta, but not for long; they are so tasty that you’ll eat them right off the top of the pizza. We also recommend you try the Estiva, with lettuce, tuna and olives, and the particular taste of the Cardinale, with ham and corn. The staff’s kindness towards their customers is constant and much appreciated.
