Here you will find good Neapolitan pizzas that are tasty and digestible, excellent raw materials which come from some Slow Food Presidia, and a touch of Cistranese in the interior décor and in the affable waiters. The pizza is a classic Neapolitan, very wide and thin with a modest crust. Examples worth trying are the Bufalotta and the Ortolana, both available with a variety of doughs: classic, wholegrain and multigrain. The menu also offers a variety of pizzas which are even more interesting. They take advantage of the excellent local raw ingredients from the Valle d’Itria. The wine list is satisfactory though brief. It contains some good local labels and an equal quantity of beers, including some foreign and artisan brews. You will not spend more than ten euros for an exceptionally good pizza.
