The pizza, of great quality, “signed” by the Ischian Lorenzo Sirabella, served in a welcoming cocktail bar, has warm tones with a contemporary feel to it. The pizza menu offers six classic pizzas and seven chef’s proposals. Among these to try is the “Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP”, with tomato, anchovies, baked black olives, pantelleria capers, oregano, and garlic infused oil. It’s very pleasant on the palate. Also worth mentioning is the pizza with anchovies, mozzarella fiordilatte, parsley oil, lemon zest, and thyme breadcrumbs. For this particular pizza, the contrast between flavors is truly surprising. The relatively small space outside, with about ten tables, allows you to enjoy pizza in the open air. Also for those who want to indulge in a dessert, the desserts are excellently made here; they are delicious and light at the same time. The taste, the contrasts, and the high quality make the “Dry Milano” one of the best in the city.
