Duca 26 is a modern establishment, elegant and furnished with style. There is an admirable attention to detail in the contemporary design. It is a well-structured enterprise, despite the fact that it opened only recently, and that the pizza chef/owner – Thomas Sparacio – and his staff are all relatively young. There is no lack of enthusiasm and new ideas, their projects, their studies and research are all focused on the four; organic doughs with their increasing intensity of flavor (soft wheat flour Buratto, wholegrain Sicilian wheat flour Perciasacchi and Tumminia, and a special blend created in collaboration with a trusted local mill). The selection of top quality raw ingredients are well assorted and never combined in a mundane way. The wine and beer lists are both intelligent and lavish. Apart from the classic pizzas, the more imaginative pizzas and the pan pizzas which have been added recently, the best sellers are from the “Lab” section. Their greatest hits include the “Patanegra” and the”Fassona 2016” which we strongly recommend you try.
