Sabatino Sorrentino’s establishment lies in the Reggiane hills. It is elegant and contemporary, and it distinguishes itself as a realm of good wine and excellent creations. It is clearly specialized in wine which is reflected in the extensive underground cellar where important worldly cuvèes rest, and in the extraordinary oenological knowledge of the owner. A crispy, soft pizza, not too high and with a small crust can be enjoyed in the luxurious garden, topped with hand picked ingredients and offered in different tasty versions and with a choice of doughs. Do not miss out on the Mare e monti, with a wholegrain dough made from organic stone-ground antique grain, topped with fiordilatte, sun dried tomatoes, pink prawns and taggiasche olives. Or the Sant’Ilario 26 mesi, with handmade buffalo-milk fiordilatte, and Sant’ilario Parma prosciutto which has been cured for over two years. The premises are also a driving force of cultural events and initiatives, particularly relating to contemporary art, and to the performances of the Maestro Omar Galliani.
