The restaurant, with well-articulated interiors and refined furniture, retains the value of their warm hospitality ensured by the kind and competent staff and by the well-thought collocation of the working areas, which are in plain sight and of immediate impact. The relationship with the territory is perceptible. The choice of ingredients and the staff’s effortlessness are the hallmark of this restaurant. Salvatore Gatta’s creations, perfected over time through skillful dexterity “explode” on the plate in a mix of taste and lightness. The dough is the secret of this pizza. All the rest is imagination, color, and balance of flavors. The “paths” you can take are numerous, there are various possibilities if you choose a tasting itinerary. I chose the traditional Margherita, the three-tomato pizza which was light and well-balanced, and the Mariroma which, with the usual lightness, combines a complex and pleasant taste. It is worth mentioning the complete compliance with the recent safety measures and the ability to implement them with kindness.
