Fattoria Toccaferro is not just a pizzeria, it is a place that is open for lunch and dinner and offers an extended menu and a good, tasty pizza. Founded in the University area of the city and then replicated in the center of Pescara, the Fattoria Toccaferro is a warm, welcoming restaurant. In the dining area there are young, smiling and courteous waiters. The pizza is in a classic style, with the addition of gourmet pizzas and calzones. A sourdough starter is used for the pizzas, which are made with homemade flour and wholegrain flour. On request there is also a dough made of strictly wholegrain flours which vary according to the day of the week. The flavors are traditional but contemporary.
