Fiorenzano Pizzaioli dal 1897
Da non perdere
Recently remodeled, there is a careful attention to detail and the table settings.
The service is good, yet no explanation of the menu. Good cleanliness of the different dining areas, although there were flies. Our choice of pizza fell to two margheritas and a Capodimonte. Excellent baking. Very good leavening; the crust was both light and crunchy at the same time. The toppings were of excellent quality, savory, and were well put together. This was especially true of the Capodimonte which had an excellent balance between the sweetness of the pistachio pesto and the provola. Good acidity of the tomato; excellent, savory dough. The selection of fritti is vast, and there is a special space dedicated to them in between the two dining areas. Excellent price-quality ratio and a well-connected location for individuals without transportation.
