A meticulous search for local products enriches the pizza menu, making it original even though the ingredients on offer are simple. The pizzas are never mundane, and provide you with a tour of the entire region while sitting comfortably at the table. The cuisine should be tried, which like the pizzas, surprises you for its simplicity and naturalness. The service is precise and friendly. There is an excellent wine list (with many local wines) and more than enough beers.
