With the dough left to rise for about 14 hours, and a careful selection of premium-quality ingredients from Slow Food Presida producers, guests are spoiled for choice. The selection of pizzas is varied and interesting, with an excellent combination of ingredients from the territory. The service is precise and careful in the presentation of the dishes.
