The establishment is not “only” the pizzeria of a starred restaurant, the brainchild of chef Aurora Mazzucchelli. Forno Mollica is a world worth tasting that goes far beyond the normal definition of pizza. Here you’ll find beautifully baked loaves of bread, as well as traditional first courses (tagliatelle, lasagne gramigna), and you can also try excellent burgers. The pizza is available in three variants: fried, Roman style, and “vota vota” or in other words, the crushed Sicilian style. In the winter there are fewer tables, more ample space is available in the summer thanks to the front garden. In addition, you can also do some shopping thanks to the great offer of local products and more. The service is quick and well managed by Mascia, the youngest of the “Mazzucchelli bros”. This is a place that will give your taste buds an explosion of flavour and assures you’ll return home with a smile. A novelty is the takeaway pizza, with cooking to be completed at home.
