Pizzerie Eccellenti 2020
This pizzeria is located in one of the most characteristic alleys of the historic center of Palermo. It does not have outdoor spaces but a welcoming and air-conditioned dining hall. The staff is young polite and very helpful. The variety of pizzas is excellent, divided into traditional, innovative and “crunch.” They are prepared with a very hydrated dough that goes through two cooking procedures with different temperatures, the final result is a focaccia base which is served with fresh gourmet ingredients. The traditional dough is also excellent, with abundant and well-distributed toppings. The edge of the pizza is neither thick nor wide. The beverage list is decent, where in addition to medium and high-end wine and beer labels, there are also cocktails and organic drinks. There is also a good choice of desserts.
