This place has a menu that is not too “wide,” but that uses raw materials of excellent quality.  The locale is very charming and curated.  There is a spacious and elegant dining area with an eye-catching wood-fired oven at the end of the locale.  Everything is in a slightly retro style that will undoubtedly impress; just as the kitchen impresses.  For our antipasto we tried a chick-pea hummus with toasted bread, which was suggested by the kind waitress.  It was truly delicious.  This was immediately followed by the pizzas.  There are ten on the menu; non many but definitely gourmet.  We chose the Giolina with creamed violette eggplant, smoked provola from Agerola, red cherry tomatoes from the Piennolo del Vesuvio, wafers of DOP 30-month Reggiano parmesan, organic extra-virgin olive oil and fresh basil.  The second choice was a Ghitina, a margherita with DOP San Marzano tomatoes, Agerola fior di latte, and DOP 30-month Reggiano parmesan.  What can we say?  Both of them were truly excellent, high crusts, light dough, baked just right and truly tasty.  Highly recommended.
