Located in the Testaccio district, this establishment has a small parking lot in the front and on the side, and with a little luck you should have no problem finding free parking. The establishment has a modern style. Upon entering you are greeted by two ovens, a singular feature for a pizzeria, but very useful for the preparation of two different types of pizzas, Roman and Neapolitan. The dough is soft and well-leavened which leaves the crust nice and bubbly. The pizza with sausage and broccoli rape cooked freshly on the pizza (not pre-cooked) is truly delicious. The romana is just slightly less crunchy than how it should traditionally be. The supplì are very good. The service is attentive and polite with staff members who have been trained at a hotel-tourism trade school.
