At this place, there is a large piazzale where you can easily park. Its perimeter is dotted with the beer kegs this brewpub uses to store its house-made artisan beer. The machinery, in fact, is well integrated into the décor of the establishment. At the entrance, a Riace Bronze is holding a tankard of ale who welcomes the patrons. People choose this place for its quality ingredients, most of which are selected from the region, that can be experimented with for different flavor combinations. The atmosphere is welcoming and the attention paid to the customer is clearly perceived. A focused care is given to the flours used and to the pizza doughs. The selection spans from the necessary classics to the novel, seasonally inspired choices where tradition is still present despite the interesting variations. The red, white and special pizzas are paired to craft beers, but also to regional and Italian wines. Among the pizzas, the “Del pizzaiolo” with buffalo-milk mozzarella, scamorza and oil and garlic has a unique flavor.
