A small nook of Naples in Verona. You will find San Marzano tomatoes, garlic from Ufita and many other Slow Foods from Campania at this pizzeria run by the Vuolo brothers. The true Neapolitan pizza is prepared by Enrico in a road-style establishment with basic furnishings on the second floor, and a ground floor store which sells delicacies from the Campania region. There is a good variety of pizzas where it is not so much the quantity of the ingredients that counts, but more so the quality. Examples include the fior di latte from Agerola or from the Lattari mountains, and the essential buffalo-milk mozzarella from Campania. We recommend trying the L’Andante di marinara and the Megaride made with fried dough. Interestingly, there are 11 different qualities of tomato on the menu. It is a pizza in the perfect Neapolitan style with a fragrant perfume, the smell of basil and the fruity flavor of the extra virgin olive oil, with a golden crust of a few centimeters. The desserts are in the Neapolitan tradition.
