At Gusto Divino you can really enjoy yourself. They have a tasting menu with three different items, for a total of six slices to be enjoyed with your beer. Or you can select the meter-long pizza “alla pala”, which is served on a characteristic table obtained from a log. The idea of pizza, according to Massimiliano Prete, pushes the accelerator on contemporary imagination. It all starts with a careful study on doughs and ingredients, the use of mother yeast and spontaneous fermentation. Priority is given to zero-km raw materials: wheat, for example, is 100% Italian and local. This small pizzeria (about forty seats), in the summer, extends the tables to the outside square, doubling the seat count. Research and passion translate into the most diverse pizzas (the “croccante” (crunchy) is also an exceptional pizza) which are beautifully adorned. This is a “disk” (of dough) you’ll gladly “play and listen” to.
