His acquired knowledge transpires quite clearly in his ability to combine the flavors which give life to unique pizzas. Absolutely unmissable is the “Dipendenza”, where the soft and light dough sustains the intense flavor of the methodically turned out tomato that is well blended with a Parmigiano Reggiano fondue and basil pesto. The pizzas can be paired with artisan beers from Campania, Italy and abroad. The invitation to complement the pizzas with wine is tantalizing; a different label is suggested for each preparation. The environment is well-cared for, clean and bright.
