Within this establishment, two souls coexist, that of a pizzeria and another of a restaurant. Together they integrate to offer a beautiful proposal of flavors from the territory to the patrons. Great attention is put into the best products that this land has to offer. Local cold cuts and cheeses embellish the soft and tasty pizzas. Even among the fried dishes called “bocconi d’entroterra” (inland bites), we found personality that recalls the land with delicacies like eggplant meatballs. There are about a dozen pizzas to choose from, all very rich and balanced. The pizza is presented in the traditional contemporary way, with more creative proposals such as the focaccia with salmon trout and algae spirulina. The strength of the restaurant is found in its extensive wine list that allows you truly enjoy yourself.
