This family-run pizzeria has just celebrated its fiftieth year of business. After a Piacenza-based pause, Filippo has returned to this tourist resort a few minutes away from the Lamezia airport, bringing with him a breath of fresh air. Antonia, his wife, helps him in the kitchen which is in full view, and his father Pino manages the dining area. The furnishings are basic; wood and pastel colors dominate, and the tables and chairs are all different, rendering the atmosphere even more youthful and informal. The service is friendly and the staff in the dining room are always smiling and ready to attend to, as well as they can, the 200 available seats which are divided into three different dining areas. The pizzas represent the Calabrian territory well. Local ingredients are predominant.
