In this pizzeria, you’ll find pizzas to suit all tastes: traditional, fried, stuffed, and with innovative toppings. The ingredients are local and of good quality, and surrounded by a pronounced crust, which is the focal point in Giuseppe Bove’s brand of pizza. They are without a doubt worth trying. Among the pizzas that we recommend is “la piccola fiammiferaia”, with goose speck within a mix of delicate vegetables. Another interesting choice is the “infornata”, with its distinct flavor of olive paste. Also tantalizing is the “profumo di domenica”, with a beef ragùand aged parmesan cheese. There is a good selection of wine and craft beers. The service is simple and attentive to little children. Important information to keep in mind: there are limited seats and during the peak evening hours there is a wait, but it’s worth it.
