Located a few kilometres from Rome, the establishment is housed in an ancient rural building that has been completely renovated. The large windows offer a vast panorama of the area. The terrace is a great place to keep cool on sultry summer evenings. A small room at the entrance leads into a much larger one, that can seem a bit noisy because the dining room is always full. Making a reservation in advance would be a good idea. The dough is left to rise for over thirty hours, it is then cooked evenly and correctly. The toppings range from the classics to more varied selections. The toppings used often come from small family producers or small local suppliers, and are carefully selected for their quality. The rice balls are homemade and are quite good as are dessert proposals, which never fail to be interesting. The service is always graceful and courteous even in the most “difficult” of moments.
