This is a gourmet pizzeria, a small corner of paradise with a garden a few steps from the busy Via Portuense. The selection of the ingredients is extremely curated, from the antipastos to the desserts. The pesto on the suppli in the antipasto is extremely fresh while the octopus that tops the pizza could rival that of any fish restaurant, or perhaps be even better. The pizza dough is very light and digestible thanks to an attentive selection of the flours (organic flours chosen by artisan mills). The pizza is served sliced and is illustrated by the chef Edoardo Papa himself. There is also a tasting menu which allows you to try different types of pizza. We recommend the off-menu pizzas to try the doughs paired with fresh seasonal ingredients. The staff is well-prepared and kind.
