Korallo and Bruno Costanzo’s work have been a solid landmark on the Trento gastronomic scene for years now. The outstanding quality of the raw materials used and the unmistakable authentic Neapolitan dough are the foundations for a pizza of the highest caliber.
There is no day nor period of the year in which Korallo has disappointed the expectations of this author. The events of this year (2020) have not dampened the determination of the staff of this family-run business. They have resumed their rapport with their patrons that was suspended only during the weeks in which COVID-19 interrupted business. Bruno, with his wife and children, have created a well-oiled team that makes a visit to Korallo a very pleasant experience indeed. It spans across the flavors of the entire Neapolitan tradition, from the antipasto to the desserts (you had better not miss the babà)!
For whoever happens to pass through Trento for a visit, we recommend a stop at Korallo for a fantastic dinner. Reservations are necessary.
