Pizzerie Top 2020
34° - La Braciera
This establishment has two locations, the historical one more suitable for the winter season, and the summertime location within a villa. Located in the Piana del Colli, La Bracieria has been managed by the Cottone brothers since 1997. Pizza has always been their strong point, what characterizes their pizzas are the following elements; carefully selected raw materials, a selection of Sicilian wheat flour, and correct leavening of the dough. The dough has been enriched withwheat germ and stone sea salt from Trapani. You can choose between four types of dough among which the Neapolitan one really stands out. The pizzas are divided into “classic”, “white” and “red”. A special selection is dedicated to the more particular pizzas that are inspired by local traditional recipes. Some of these have won awards: the ai covaccini and the alle vegane. You can also opt for one of the appetizers or first and second-course dishes listed on the menu. There is a rich selection of beers with the possibility of choosing between local and national beers. There is also a small selection of oils a customer can choose from. The service is quick and attentive.
