This establishment has a family atmosphere. It is located a few steps from Via Marchese in Villabianca. It has become a point of reference for pizza lovers in the city. The raw materials used are carefully selected, and a careful eye is given to Slow Food Presidia and DOP products. The dough that the owners like to define as “almost Neapolitan,” is made with a long maturation and processing time. The pizzas on the menu are varied, with a special selection dedicated to margherite presented in a series of variants. Another portion of the menu is dedicated to fried calzoni (that are worth tasting) and an additional section of the menu is dedicated to the “quasi napoletane” (almost Neapolitan). Lastly, you can also find the chef’s speciality pizzas. The selection of beers is good, pizza-wine pairings are often suggested. The service is attentive.
