This establishment is a careful balance between a high-end pizzeria and a traditional trattoria thanks to its attention to detail, its wine and beer list, and its cheerful and never inattentive service. The staff is comprised of young men guided by the unstoppable owners: Marika Praitano and Cosimo Carrieri. The mix of modernity and tradition is well-balanced and never trivial both with regards to the dough and in the selection of the toppings. The pizzas are light and fragrant with delicious toppings and without too many needless bells and whistles such as the “la capocollo” with tomato, fior di latte, capocollo di Martina Franca and burrata from Gioia del Colle. We also recommend the pizza with broccoli rape, burrata and sausage. In any case, it is worth taking Cosimo’s advice when choosing an excellent bottle of wine or beer. Thanks to their vast selection, there is something for all palates and for every pairing given the great fragrance and digestibility of the pizzas.
