This is a historic establishment in a country setting near the sea in the municipality of Fiumicello. It has a spacious interior which extends onto two levels with an external veranda. There is a rustic atmosphere with open beams and stone walls. It is very cosy. The pizzas here are excellent, prepared with select in-season ingredients. They offer classic pizzas or specialities with more unique combinations. Only top-quality raw ingredients are used, from the tomato sauce to the fresh oregano, from the extra virgin olive oil to the delicious burrata, which melts pleasantly on the pizza. The pizza is thin, crispy and delicate. The dough, which is highly digestible, is made from white flour (20%), whole grain flour and kamut, including for the calzone and focaccia. A gluten-free version is also available. Apart from the pizzas there are also traditional dishes, with a particular focus on grilled meat. Finally, to round off the meal, do not miss the delicious desserts. The wine cellar is well stocked, especially with local labels.
