This pizzeria follows the Neapolitan methodology with good-quality ingredients in an area of Basilicata that is highly esteemed for its naturalistic value. Great attention is given to the leavening of the dough (very similar to the traditional Neapolitan dough). The pizzeria offers simple pizzas but with distinct flavors, even if without a wide variety of selections. The fried dishes are good (and worth trying), as well as the delicious “panuozzi“. The value for money is fair, considering also the attention given to customers. This pizzeria is usually very busy so a reservation is advisable, especially on the weekends.
